With less than four weeks to go, it’s safe to say Christmas is fast approaching! We would like to inform you of our delivery arrangements up to and over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
Orders
In order to guarantee delivery before Christmas, we will need your order to be with us by close of play on Friday 13 December 2019. These orders will then be delivered throughout the week commencing Monday 16 December with our last deliveries taking place on Monday 23 December.
For any orders received between 16 – 18 December, we will endeavour to deliver these prior to Christmas but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders received after 18 December will be delivered in January. Please note, these arrangements only apply to UK mainland deliveries.
Opening hours
Our offices will be closed Wednesday 25 December – Wednesday 1 January inclusive and no orders will be despatched during this time.
Order placement and despatch will recommence on Thursday 2 January 2020 but as volumes are expected to be high please expect longer delivery times.
