It has come to our attention that the GS brand has been subject to a trademark infringement. Electronic cigarettes with the GS logo are being sold but these products are in no way affiliated with GS Yuasa. The following statement has therefore been released by GS Yuasa Corporation:
We discovered that electronic cigarettes bearing the “GS” sign are being sold on an online shopping website. We have received some complaints from customers about the lithium-ion batteries installed in the cigarettes.
However, these batteries are not our products. We have never manufactured batteries for electronic cigarettes. Therefore, please note that we will never take any responsibility for these batteries.
